Simon Pollard

Simon has been developing websites for over a decade and is now focussed on back end and server maintenance. His main project outside of work is running Bristol WordPress People. Simon is passionate about music and is one of those people who is a sucker for a limited edition coloured vinyl.

Janice Tye

A graphic and web designer for over 30 years, owner of Bristol based business, 123 Design, for 21 years, Janice Tye has been happily playing with WordPress for the last nine. She designs themes and makes WordPress websites work for each client in the way that they need it to work. She was one of the founding members of Bristol WordPress People and has enjoyed watching it grow.  She is a committed attender of WordCamps and co-hosted the first Bristol WordCamp in 2017. Outside of work, she plays with her grandchildren and plans adventures.

Rob George

Rob has been monkeying around with website development for more than 15 years and is sure that he’ll get the hang of it someday soon. When not in front of a computer you can find him teaching kids to code, building random electronic projects or geeking out over something or other.

Dave Barr

Dave learnt programming in 1993 when the internet was in its infancy, since then he’s worked with some of the best people in the industry on some great projects. He is now a freelancer WordPress Web Developer with Duo48. For the last few years he’s turned his attention to doing what he loves most, using his technical skills to ‘give back’, because he believes we can always make things a bit better. He also volunteered at WordCamp Bristol 2019
